Is this even legit?
Yes, it is! Believe it or not,. Talk to your lawyer, but everything we do is documented and goes through a lawyer’s office to close the transaction. We provide you with a Contract of Purchase and Sale, and on closing, the keys and money gets exchanged between our lawyer and your lawyer.
What does “as-is” mean?
